try to open individual files, go to properties and update physical properties.
Then check if the difference is fine.
there is an option under the general folder which is called "upon physical properties during rescue". If you're always fine.

check if you have assigned the material to the part, check that the field in the separate is mass and not a hand-fillable field, try to open the updated and saved axieme. check in the settings I no longer have 2009 installed and I don't remember which tab with the option in 2011 is in general for updating the mass and together for postpone update. other factor always check if you have the vs updated with the latest service pack.

I don't remember where it was, but in 2009 there was the command in "regenerate (or recreate) all" mode. try using it and see if the table updates the distinct.
