mass/volume value in the parameters table

as from title, someone knows if it is possible to recover the mass and volume data, but in general data of iproperties, and use them in the parameters table (fx), then have them as custom parameters and use them for operations

I would create 2 user parameters called mass and volume
Afterwards with an ilogic rule I would upgrade the above parameters when necessary.
