I have obtained the master's degree lm33 (2 years of course in 2 years 1/2) working and studying at the same time, clearly with university telematics but with exams in the presence, and then I also supported the qualification examination for the profession of industrial engineers,
this has demanded from me - and not only - a huge effort made of dedication commitment and so much sacrifice that I am not now here to discuss, (I can fill pages) .
If you like to study, know and learn, my advice is to try to start the graduation path, which will surely pay you sacrifices - which inevitably you will have to do - professional and personal satisfaction, however, then they will be remarkable and very likely also in economic terms.
If instead you are more focused on wanting to realize you immediately as an entrepreneur, then leave now the master's degree (the three-year is already a good base) , but it is very likely that this "talk" of the master's degree will remain you, and one day you will also dedicate this to you, but perhaps it will already be too late.. .

about 3 years ago I graduated in aerospace engineering and just before I found work as a full-time mechanical designer.
my idea was to continue with the master in mechanics, but the work took over, since the 8 hours were often 10 or 12 hours of work.
Now, having changed work, I find myself having more defined hours, so I would like to start studying again, always as a working student.

I wonder if, however, it makes sense to achieve the mastery and therefore the skill to the profession, since I still have 2 objectives: to open a design studio in its own and to open a company of job-seekers.
I'm more afraid of the time I'm going to take her, since it will be a minimum of 4 years of sleepless nights and wakes up at dawn.

It is a fact that the world of work has its own, we say so, "dynamic" . "dynamic" for which, at times, the job announcements are made to measure for certain people and seem extracted from their cv, more than from the demands of a manager . therefore, with "all the qualifications of the world " you do not always have access to certain activities.


It is, too, a fact (and let us lose our visions in the very short term, which say that there is a demand for certain figures, which cannot be found, etc.) that of graduates, around the world, there are always more. and more and more will come. for which, at the time when "the title" becomes a discriminant, it is natural that, going forward in time and being the basic requirement degree in certain professions (then a "basic base" ) , will go to demand more and more ' further qualifications . master' degree, research, publications , etc.

and if you ever move abroad (because one always hopes to do the profession that prefers under the house, but then life and the world change ...) especially outside the eu (where you need visas for work, etc.) , the "title", from the bureaucratic point of view, becomes increasingly important .

The negative side is that this "running" will never end.

put yourself in your own, puts you " shelter" momentarily, but so much, sooner or later, even there, will come the decree law or the directives ue or the norm iso "something", for which will be necessary a " certain qualification" also only to turn on the pc.

There are certainly articles that explain how tesla or apple can, for example, make careers without graduation, but it seems to me more exceptions than rules, especially if you are not an American citizen.

That's why, my advice, as a non-graduate, is to leave the business alone and continue to study while working as an employee to get as many academic qualifications as possible.

In theory, in many countries, they are the companies themselves that push for this "continuous improvement" to have staff always "at height", but I recognize that, in Italy, it is much more rare to hear about it.

what I might say is because, since you have done aerospace engineering and that you would like to work on your own, you don't even value (I don't know if it's possible to do it) the specialist in management ing? It's a very requested degree, and it could still be useful for you to come.
