mathematical operations to be performed during the commands

hello when I go to make a line I have an offset instead of the value of the distance (e.g.:20), I can perform on the command bar a mathematical operation (as in caia es: 10+10) .autocad however performs only the division correctly, while the other operations does not process them as ever? ?

specify offset distance or [Punto/Cancella/Layer] <7.000>: 'horse>>>> pressure: 3+6recovery of the offset command.
specify offset distance or [Punto/Cancella/Layer] <7.000>: 9select object.....etc. etc.or you can use the Polish notation, enclosed in parentheses as autocad would recognize the space as a sending:

thanks I managed with the method 'cal...but with the Polish notation autocad tells me'' error: wrong function:-73''. Bye-bye
