measuring lines

Hello, everyone. I am new to allplan and coming from autocad I must say that it is a higher world.
I would like to ask you politely if there is also a possibility to create personal measuring lines. In fact, I for example in the internal measurements of the premises use an arrow in half as in the photo. is there the possibility of creating it?

Surely allplan is more convenient to use autocad, but for certain things (like what you asked) I fear that the answer is "no". allplan on certain personalizations is extremely rigid (personal speaking) and does not allow simple programming as in autocad.

If someone denies me I'll be happy to find out how you can customize the "half-arm" in allplan.
