I'd like to build some sort of work portfolio. something that can serve me as a personal presentation... you never know it's useful.
for the purpose I have realized a first test, whose purpose is to present on a sheet a4, some technical skills. Obviously it is not a complete project, and it is not even my intention to detail every part of the project.
In this case I show a combined acenometry, a perforated part and a welded one.
Do you think the design is correct from a formal viewpoint of representation rules?
a heartfelt thanks to those who in time and want to suggest some attention.

ps: some line thicknesses may have changed in image conversion
ps: in the putrella ipe400 lacks indication of the section

the question is very subjective. as we talk about presentation maybe I suggest you point on the assonometers. are much more appealing and you get a lot of information from a simple look. if then add some 2d floors executed for construction or assembly complete the example.

or you could switch to a more advanced version with a technically rendered perspective like this:(cad3d has reduced video resolution a lot but you understand the concept)

thanks for the suggestion. In fact, a 3d model is more appealing. On the other hand at the workshop are in a few to send a 3d, they work almost all on black and white printed tables as 100 years ago.

we have done this job for a long time and in the workshop go the drawings in b/n without colors and samples for production.
It would be absurd and expensive to send colored or unnecessarily beautiful designs to the productive departments where instead they want few things, clear and linear.

technical construction/assembly and attractive views for presentations are 2 different things for 2 different purposes.

My proposal was for a demonstration portfolio, not for production.
