method to fold/radrize perforated rod

Good morning to all,

I would need help with how to proceed in this work:

I have aluminum profiles that I have to bend and drill. Since it is difficult to drill the already folded material ask me:

1) have a design in which you see the holes when the rod is straight so that after the bending they hold a prefixed interasses because they have to rivet of the plates.

2)If possible they would like to know how long the rod will be to obtain the total that I attached as an example.

Is there someone who can advise me how to proceed?

for this piece I don't think there's a command to straighten it as if it were sheet metal. I think the piece will get you not to bend but to shit.
an artifizio can be what I entered by reworking the verga file. In practice I added the sweep on a straight line of length equal to the curve line multiplied by a coefficient k, inserted in the reports, which will take into account the withdrawal of the material, which you will have to calculate according to practical tests on the piece. the same coefficient you can apply it to the entire holes. all managed via ft you can have the folded and straight piece.
I hope I've been clear. if there is another simpler method... well come.
