migration license inventor 2011

Hello everyone
tomorrow morning I change my pc in the company and I will have to reinstall inventor 2011. how do you use the license migration function please? I know it exists but I haven't found where the command is and I have no idea how it works.
other thing: the pc I will use at the moment is not connected on the net and I do not think I will be able to have connected both, is it a problem for the transfer of the license? Can I pass it temporarily on another pc? in this case the pc "support" must have inventor installed and without license or is it indifferent?

Sorry I'm late. I solved... in practice did everything by itself, when I installed inventor on the new pc it turned on itself, we probably still had company licenses available.
In the meantime, however, I read the documentation, I attach it to you because it seems much clearer than any summary I could do.
In particular, the migration of licences is on page.7.
