I should switch from solid works 2013 to sw 2017 .

I have heard that there are problems related to data loss (especially on the tables) during this migration

Can someone tell me what is the most suitable way to do this passage without having to go crazy?

Who said that? is it a safe source or is it the friend of the neighbor who heard on the train one who said it?
If you have to do the migration, you just have to do it, you can't do it partially or anything.
If the drawings go wrong (never heard something like that) they will do it anyway.
what you can do is make a backup copy of the drawings and print them in pdf so you always have the good copy to see if you need to remake the drawing.
you can also install multiple versions of solidworks so beyond 2017 you can keep 2013 to manage old designs in case they go wrong opening them with 2017; once you check compatibility between versions you can uninstall old uqella
