mirror function and constraints

I have to do a set using the mirror function to repeat the same pieces (I can't use the series)

using the mirror function the mirrored pieces do not "bear" the constraints placed on the original? otherwise I spend more time putting all the constraints I need....

alternative solutions? ? ?
