I have to mirror a sheet to get that speculative but detached from the first...
sw2007 says that the two parts cannot be mirrored and that especially the solids must be joined together...
how to make the specular part?

Maybe you're on "functions to mirror" and you don't mirror the whole body.
for the specular part I would do so: mirror the body with respect to the plane, impose the offset of distance with the command insert/seat the body (e.g. 50 mm along the direction y). to have the 2 distinct solids just deflag the relative text box.

If you need another sheet you can use mirror part, it creates a new symmetrical part compared to the first.
