But I don't understand where the mistake is if I mirror the subaxieme
is an operation that I always do but often happens to me the window that indicates that alcùni couplings are not mirrored (as attached photo)
Therefore the subaxieme is not correctly mirrored

those you see in the warning screen are couplings within the subaxis.
is telling you that it cannot recreate them very likely because by going to mirror the components the reference entities of the couplings change and this would create a mistake.
each entity has an identifier that serves solid to go into cow to the first modification. in other discussions I explained it better than so...
example
the face of the armrest, which has for solid as an ID 12345, is coupled to the face of the panel that identified abcde. when you apply changes to these two faces (alzi, wide, you make holes....) without however eliminating them solid recognizes them and maintains coupling. if on these two faces make a total cut you will see that the coupling jumps.
understand this we come to the mirroring. when you mirror the opposite hand you have two choices: make a new file or make a configuration; if you make a new file you will not have the same identifier because the file name is different so the face will be 54321 giving therefore error; if instead create a configuration the file name will be the same and also face because the body will be rotated and moved and not mirrored.
in fact if in the mirroring of the axieme you choose to create configuration you will tell you that you will not be able to replicate a single pair instead of 10.

I don't understand
I tried to mirror the armrest subaxieme by creating new files and told me that the coupling on the stem is not replicable (if I make new configuration creates it completely wrong) but apparently the mirroring seems to have gone to good end if it was not that many parts of the very mirrored are mobile.
I attach another file (try a1) where I mirror the subaxieme "ear" with derived configuration (so I am more useful) without any probleme, while always in the same together , if I mirror the armrest subaxieme it gives me error in both options
Why? ?
How do I mirror a counter-handed underarm without having any problems?

Meanwhile you are doing a wrong job because as I have already pointed out the armrest has already the specular components (I think) that in my image are hidden.
so you in the main axieme are making a useless mirror and maybe you don't even make a selection of what to mirror by the opposite hand, but you limit yourself to selecting the subaxieme.
If you don't want to have any problems, and if they were to figure out how to solve them, you have to work with optimized files and I don't think it's your case.
if files have prefix mirroring means that they are new files and not configurations; Also when you do the mirror there are details that do not need the opposite hand version and then they should be excluded.
later I try to take a look again and check if in the mirroring function there is a flag concerning the couplings; In this case it would not be wrong to make the mirror without couplings, so that you do not have notices like what appears to you, and add the couplings successfully. you lose some extra time but you are sure of the functionality

I look at your set and I understand less and less.
in the armrest you have almost all fixed components (f) with external references but then in the axieme is set as flexible. also has an internal mirroring function.
I did a test by erasing from the main axieme everything and leaving only the armrest subaxieme, which I eliminated all the couplings, and then mirroring it and only in that case the mirroring works. This means that there is some bond or some part that creates conflict.
the situation is not simple because first you have to go for exclusion to understand what is the element that creates the problem and then do an analysis to understand the problem to what is due.

I vaguely managed to circumscribe the problem to the subaxieme spalliera to all couplings. in practice eliminating that subassieme and all couplings the mirror returns the desired result.
Obviously this is not a solution, but only a first scrembling that allows to focus attention on specific elements.

I often find myself in this type of problem, I happen in the same type of design, (as in the attached file a1) that a subaxieme mirrors correctly while another does not.
I will also try to analyze by evaluating suspensions of components and couplings
even if I haven't been able to guess anything yet
