missing controls bars in autocad 2002

This morning I accidentally pressed the "download" button from the pop up window of customization menu and disappeared all autocad commands (ver 2002).
How can I restore them? ? ?

carmenu and reload your menu file, for the 2002 version you need to search .mns or .mnu
