missing retino dialog box

Bye. I have a question that's been blocking my job for several hours. I disappeared dialog box concerning the retino comado. by activating the command I have the impression that the window is somehow active albeit not visible.

I have already tried:
- the command filedia
- reboot cad and pc
- select the retino command from both the icon and the command
- reset default options

I hope someone can give me a disappointment on this drama that has been haunting me for a while.

if you have 2011, as Tristan asked, just press the required deduction command, and the window will appear to you:
command: deduction
choose internal point or [Seleziona oggetti/Impostazioni]: i

if you have 2010 or prec. try to increase monitor resolution or enter the registry editor, look for this key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R18.0\ACAD-8000:410\Profiles\AutoCAD\Dialogs\Bhatch]and check that the "x" and "y" values are within the resolution of your monitor.

e.g. if your screen has 1280x1024 resolution and x and y values are set respectively at 1440 and 1200 then the box appears out of limits. shows the above values, e.g., 300 and 300

I had the same problem in autocad 2014, to restore the retini dialog box the command is:
hpdlgmode
I set the value 1 and everything is back ok.

I am a new member and I really don't know how to thank you all for the precious help you give! I went crazy with my new 2016 autocad to get used to the retino command that made a very annoying ribbon tab appear and now finally thanks to hpdglmode set to 1 I returned to the old dear dialog! :
