missing toolbars in autocad 2009

Sorry, but I've never been through this.
this afternoon opening autocad 2009 I disappeared everything or from the command of the line to the layers to finish at all oppositions. to work I have only remained the keyboard command. I practically no longer have any dialog. there only the top left with file and window and just don't know how to do it!! help! !how to restore everything as you can do? and the right mouse button what does not work?
Don't you see the menus? in this case go under options -> user preferences -> quick choice menu in the design area.

Now I don't see the dx key menu and I couldn't find something to make it work. But there's some keyboard command that needs to be inserted? that is disabled? I know it is not possible that from the point in white everything disappears!.

is the original in Italian, I have never made customizations. (I do not use acad 2009 )
for what concerns the dx mouse button, if you type " options " opens a window where, in the tab " user preferences " --> " windows std operation ", there is the " customization button dx " button.
from here you can choose how to make the dx key of your mouse act.

I copied the acad.cui that was sent to me by brown stefano (thanks 1000) , replacing my ... puff is reappeared all correctly and the dx mouse button works again magically! I did not know the malfunction of my acad.cui there was no option user preference button dx that worked, but the important is that everything is fine and I will succeed in delivery.
