missing toolbars

Hello, I have this problem.
I'm working with a company that uses autocad2002. It happened that some commands created to doc for them (e.g. to change the cartilage, etc.) I failed from the menus.
a colleague advised me to reload the profile (? ).

Does anyone have any idea what happened? ? ... and what can I do to remedy this?

were buttons added to existing autocad tools bars?
or were bars created for those buttons?
had a saved profile backup?

I found the .mnu that had disappeared.. I restored it from tools --> customize --> menu... and I uploaded the .mnu in question! !
