model ball + axis track (pattern)

as from title I have to model the following sphere:View attachment 42945
I must have trace of those "assis" too (actually they are curved steel profiles) that divide the sphere into squares of about 50x50 cm.
These axes are practically adherent to the curved surface of the solid. so they're basically a kind of "pattern."

then solid geometry must be imported into a model f.e.m.; that is why I need those axes to have a trace.

Is it possible to do it with rhino?

unfortunately they are the first weapons

If you have to use it as a fem I see it hard.
rhino creates a solid "empty", as if it had an external skin just.
a solutor fem wants a solid.
Also if you have to do a fem analysis you will have to have a set with the structure and with the "quadrati2 that I imagine are lamiere.

or maybe I didn't understand it well...

exact, the squares are non-carrying sheets and the ball is empty inside so I just need "skin" outside. Anyway, I've worked it out.
