model resolution

Good morning
when I open a set in nx8.5, not even so heavy, I see the figure video with all cylinders in square shape (see picture).
I used the command: "regenerate work" but does not work.
My American colleagues have proposed to me to uncheck the setting: "use lightweight representation" but was already unchecked (see images)
Do you have any other advice to give me, please?

upload options have nothing to do with this, they are display settings. I don't have the 8 installed, in 9 go to visualization preferences and go to faceting tab. There you find tolerances to set.

I found the command you recommended and setting the resolution on accurate the situation is greatly improved. Now I try changing resolution values manually.

loading options have to do with it, it is one of the first things you look at. then if you do not solve, you go to see other solutions.
