modeling class surfaces with "aisen surf"

Does anyone know the software "aisen surf" and its use for surface modeling?

icem surf ... is the name of the program and this is the site:http://www.icem.com/is mainly used in the field of reverse (modeling 3d scan surfaces of details).
it turns out it had a lot of hand steps, in the sense that before it was vampirized by ptc (who got us the rex module) then it was reimposed on the market and now it should have been purchased by dassault.
It's supposed to cost a little money.

If you do a search on the forum there are several discussions about the topic.
a scientific and unique definition of class surfaces does not exist.
this definition means a type of complex surfaces that must have a quality consistent with the requirements of the automotive sector.
the quality is defined that there should be no flex points, that the single surface definition grid must be as simple and clean as possible, that the fittings between the different surfaces should be conical, that the surfaces between them are always connected with continuity in tangency or curvature depending on the situations.
