modeling cutters in 3d

I wanted to know how to do it, starting from profile 2d to model a milling in pro-e, indeed to be precise, I wanted to know how to get the helical grooves that give life to the cutting edges, because until getting it cylindrical naturally there are no problems.

then I would cut by following this trajectory,
