I don't know, with your sketch and your data with inventor 2010 works, I see you have the 11th, I don't know if it depends on a bug of that vesion. have you installed all the updates sp and hotfix?

then maybe it can be a problem of version 11, with 2010 I did with your data by swapping them between them (pass, revolution, height) and both positive and negative and the result I always have.... Maybe you don't need it, but so much to see... maybe a 2.1 then 2.2 then 2.3 for example... .
