modeling turbine blades pelton

Good morning, I'm a new user. operating in the design of hydroelectric turbines. Currently the pelton impellers supplier performs modeling (I believe through nx) on our indication, providing them with the dwg sections of the shovel. the result is visible in the image. for the purpose of fluid dynamic verification, I need to model, to vary n parameters and optimize the performance. I would need advice, tutorials, documentation to work with surfaces and get the result in the image.

use solid edge for work. for study I should also model a pelton turbine shovel in 3d with solid edge as a thread.
