modeling without mechanical libraries

a question, as I have to deal with the purchase:

What can model without mechanical libraries do? Can you do threaded holes, blades, etc?

I don't mean the macro that does the hole and puts lives and dice, I simply mean the commands to make the holes. It seems strange to me that they are not included by default and before talking to the seller I would like to compare with experienced users.

The thing is, these bookstores are very expensive, like everything that has to do with the cocreated world.

as it has already been written by a colleague does threaded holes, laminates, etc. for what concerns the libraries its are expensive but there are retailers who make packages at acceptable costs. where I took the software they gave me libraries developed by them, among other things bolts and dice also have them on the site to free download

with the cocreate machining module is a dead mass, each drilling takes too many clicks.
e.g.
to put a laminated hole m8 you have to fill out all fields lamatura 13.5 prof, 8.5 diameter 8.5 bevel 0 and so for all drilling commands ergo productivity falls considerably.
idem for seeger seats and keystrokes, solidgenius creates them automatically, so you can keep the balds in the desk drawer.
