modification extrusion from surface to surface, problem in selecting a surface

I have a problem with the file that goes to insert, practically I can not give the right length to the tube between the curve at 90° and the reduction.
I tried to change the extrusion from surface to surface, but I don't know why it doesn't make me select the surface (the thickness) of the reduction.

to shorten the tube in the environment together you have to use the adjacent parts.
In your case, if you have to work together, you have more potential:
insert a quota in the environment together between end curve and start reduction and then in the part of the straight tube you will use as length extrusion this quota
directly extrusion to the surface
use the edge of the reduction to cut the excess of the pipe.

in all cases in the environment part you have to change part of the tube straight in order to work simultaneously with the other parts

select the edge and make convert entities
cutting function extruded cutting passing and with tipping the side to cut imposed the cutting direction
