mold tooling design: broken operation cannot be performed

Hello everyone, I just recorded and write about a problem with the mold tooling design of catia v5 r21. I must make the mold for this plastic impeller; taking inspiration from the sample files offered by catia arrival each time however to cut the cavity plate and the core plate of the mold in which an error message appears: a skin has a hole and such hole is within the volume: the operation breaks cannot be calculated

I tried to twist 1000 times the selection of cavitysurface and coresurface surfaces, to stop every hole possible but always tells me the same thing (I have to select them by hand because the core and cavity design does not work.. Bah. I've gotten a little crazy a few days from the project delivery.

I would be very grateful if you could give me a hand, since on the internet it seems that no one had these problems (or no one uses mold tooling design...)

hi, I don't know the module, but so to the eye, I think in the selections you forgot about the surfaces (see pictures, they are the small and illuminated circular ones) and therefore the object is not seen as closed.
to understand where the extracted surfaces are not in contact, extract edge, highlight the separation, try on your files before opening my
