the problem, in my opinion, is that the macro generates an open spline with closure of a line that in some cases becomes infinitesimal.
This creates incongruent sketches.
If you want, we can ask for improvement, where you will have to give me original dat files and where you got them creating the problem, we can also add more if you feel comfortable.

at the moment, the solution is to delete the very small lines and join the two points of the spline with the addition of a 'unisci' relationship.

I managed to solve the macro problem! the macro accepts profiles with no more than 160 points! I just had to change them. I did this again to make the loft but it comes too gross! I'm thinking about changing modeling program. . .
