I need to size a mold for the production of a disk in bachelite (ø 300,0 x 15,0 mm) with compression technology. I wanted to know if any of you know the withdrawal factor to be applied to the original size of the piece.

the withdrawal of the bachelite is almost close to zero
in your case if it would even 1% you should size the diameter max to 303 mm
Given the simplicity of the mold I say to go for direct experience
do 301mm then after molding you follow accordingly

My name is antonio, project and I build molds and in this world I try to stay afloat doing what I like.
I looked at the discussion you indicated to me but I didn't find an exact data. the idea I had was to do as you said because the shape of the piece lends itself to subsequent changes.
