mouse pointer problems with autocad

Good day, I introduce myself, I am a driver and I am a designer of thermotechnical plants. I write this discussion as I wanted to ask if someone has a definitive solution for solving the problem of the autocad pointer that snaps. I know that the problem has already been dealt with in the past but I wanted to see if a unique solution had been found over time, perhaps by the manufacturer. the problem presents both on the laptop PC (asus with processor i7 64bit, wind 10, 8 gb ram, dedicated video card geforce 920m that I have set for cad applications), that on the fixed (processor i7 64 bit, win 7, 64 gb ram, amd firepro v5900 certified autodesk). the version of autocad I use is 2018 lt and the strange thing is that if I work in the model space there is no way to proceed seen how the pointer moves while in the window of modification of the blocks we work well... I hope someone has a solution. . .

I don't think it's a carcad problem.
no one has ever complained about the mouse to snaps, yet installations are (I believe) tens of thousands.
for the rest, I agree with you that you would have saved a lot with the competition.
