autodesk has a assistance that should be set up precisely for these needs

the atypical thing is that the problem is the same on 2 completely different hardware, with different video cards (also in the brand), different memory quantities, probably different storage.
a problem on a certain combination of hardware/software is always around the corner, and it is possible that (invent) on 10,000 installations arises a problem on 20 installations. (the 2 per thousand)
that an identical problem on different hardware, but of a single user, begins to affect the calculation of probability.
What is there in common between the two pcs (user separately)? are there programs that you have installed on both, (type vmware, virtualizations) ?
Did you get any malware (which would explain propagation to both)?
Do you have any torrent downloaders loaded at startup?
I think you need to search the side of the problem, not so much in autocad.

good day, I wanted to update you on the problem proposed, in the sense that after a few weeks of trials and attempts I noticed that the problem was presented late afternoon after a working day in autocad. the solution I found and reboot the pc and everything goes back ok. now I don't know what it depends on and if the solution I promised is correct in procedural terms, but since the desired effects for me arises well... Also in the time that everything reboots I take a small break.. .
