move axle origin

1) move the rectangle angle to origin 0.0,0
2) or I can't move the origin of the axles and place it on a rectangle angole

Why? ? ?

in the 3d modeling menu there are 3 icons with which to assign the ucsicon value.
an icon in particular assigns the value 3 to the ucsicon variable, in this way the icon is fixed where at the point where you translate it. another makes the icon of the bird invisible and the other still fixes it on the bottom left.
evidently your autocad has the ucsicon value set differently from 3

thanks tristus, I solved with the answer of massivonweizen.I have autocad lt license and I don't have 3d modeling.
