move section line.

I just did a section and the line is blocked.
I want to unlock it and move it 10 mm.
Is it possible?

right click on the section line and in the menu that comes out "change cut line" and then in the sx menu "change sketch"

I realized that you're in a drawing environment but I can't figure out what you mean by "blocked", gives you some mistakes? Don't just move?
if you want to move it just drag it, take it as a sketch line for a feature;
so if you want to move it es: quote the distance depending on where you need while you're changing its sketch.

when you make a hole passer or piece halfway, the cut line is created with constraints (center hole, intermediate point etc).
You can't move it.
you are obliged to change the sketch by removing the constraints created automatically.
Take off those you can move it even without changing the sketch.
