move the center of spin

Good morning
I imported a stp file; If I do the "zoom everything" I become a dot. . .
If I zoom out, at an acceptable distance and then try to rotate the zoom, the piece goes far away
the center of spin for rotation is not in the center of the piece.
Is there any way to move the spin center more or less in the center to the piece to make zoom manageable?

there is some piece placed away.... try to select everything and see where it is!
