you have to proceed like this:
open a set and insert the propeller
if by default the first component inserted in the axieme is fixed then remove the tick (right clik on the note that stands on the cube called elica then unchecked fixed that stands at the center of the fifth group from the bottom )
apply a link between the front face of the propeller hub and the parallel plane to it
apply an angular constraint - solution = addressed (value 0° ) between the horizontal or vertical plane origin of the propeller on which lies the axis of the propeller and the plane origin to it parallel/co incident of the axieme
switches into environments > inventor studio then selects constraints that lies in the soul card, (clik ok on the warning window ) will open the core card constraints.
clik on + standing in front of helix then in the constraint soul tab selects the previously created angular bond that stands at the bottom of the helix
leave start =0 gr and put 720 gr in the end box (action )
3.0 in the end time box
the rest as by default then ok
in the window that appears below (representation linear animation ) clik on the icon with pencil then clik on the film icon with double blue arrow then ok
in the timeline rewind everything then play
Bye.
(... seems like a double answer but I made an integration/correction out of time... some good soul will erase the previous message. Thank you. )
if the result you want is what you see here
