multi body welded and sheet metal

Hello everyone,
I have to make a simple modeling of a welded with inventor, the model to be realized is composed of a plate 30/10 and a folded always of 30/10, I ask: is it possible to realize the folded sheet in multibody so that you can then separate? or do you have to do things to make the two single parts and upload them into a set and bind them? place a pdf so much to understand the shape of the object to model, I thank all in advance for the answers given and good evening.

hi themole, thank you very much, unfortunately but I can not open the file, I use inventor15 and 17.. If you can maybe make me some screen image of the commands or the procedure to follow or better still if you have a version of compatible inventor would be the maximum, I thank you very much again for the kindness and interest, careful hello and I remain waiting.

thanks many for the answer themole, the method is basically the same used also by me, but it does not give me the possibility to create the flat part of the sheet for the next table..
