Hello everyone,
work normally with solidworks.
I am currently in "loan" at another company that uses inventor.
in solidworks a welded piece is a part and stop.
If I mirror a body that generates one of the opposite hand I will have 2 different pieces in the separate cut, vice versa if I mirror a body that does not generate one of the opposite hand I will have 2 in the distinct.
working in inventor I was advised to model my multibody piece by leaving the bodies to mirror.
then create a set (make components) and mirror the missing bodies in the axieme with different procedures so that you can manage the bodies really equal and the opposite ones.
Is that a proper procedure?
Do you have to do a set?
Thank you.
