I have a lever pulling a mechanism with an opening of 21st. to the same lever
A bowden cable is attached that leads me to release another mechanism
with an opening of 29°.
The problem is that the first lever has an arm of 47mm, thus carrying out a circle arc of 51.28mm while the second lever (2' mechanism) has an arm of 68.77mm with a described arc of 34.81mm.
My problem is how to multiply the shift of the first lever to release the 2' mechanism. You can suggest something.

analyzed only so schematicly you could simply move the cable attachment to the longer lever. at the same time the closer you approach to the greater hub will be the arc described (clearly at the expense of the drive force.. but what entity are we talking about?). make the simple calculations for the levers until you find the "stack point" you need.
or you can add another lever in the cable path (a "return" practically) which can also be a double-diameter drum (maybe where the cable now makes a curve). also here you will calculate the rays in "enter and exit" with the simple equations of the levers or (which is the same thing) with the relationship between the diameters or circumferences..as you would like:biggrin:

I don't see this big problem. then I don't know if being maybe an already extant cinematism you can have trouble making changes or additions. You should see the whole system.

already, it was what I feared.. it is all easy with the "schemes", then you collide with reality:biggrin:.

Unfortunately I don't think of anything else and with levers is there not much more to do (but is the system simply mechanical/manual or somehow servoassist? ).
You say you can't move the levers, okay, but here it's all about getting to the center the wire hook hole, it wouldn't change the encumbrance.
