Bye to all,

I have a lever pulling a mechanism with an opening of 21st. to the same lever
A bowden cable is attached that leads me to release another mechanism
with an opening of 29°.
The problem is that the first lever has an arm of 47mm, thus carrying out a circle arc of 51.28mm while the second lever (2' mechanism) has an arm of 68.77mm with a described arc of 34.81mm.
My problem is how to multiply the shift of the first lever to release the 2' mechanism. You can suggest something.

analyzed only so schematicly you could simply move the cable attachment to the longer lever. at the same time the closer you approach to the greater hub will be the arc described (clearly at the expense of the drive force.. but what entity are we talking about?). make the simple calculations for the levers until you find the "stack point" you need.
or you can add another lever in the cable path (a "return" practically) which can also be a double-diameter drum (maybe where the cable now makes a curve). also here you will calculate the rays in "enter and exit" with the simple equations of the levers or (which is the same thing) with the relationship between the diameters or circumferences..as you would like:biggrin:

I don't see this big problem. then I don't know if being maybe an already extant cinematism you can have trouble making changes or additions. You should see the whole system.

greetings
Marco:smile:

thanks for the suggestions. I also thought of the two-diameter drum but I find it difficult to find space,
I attach an image I hope more exemplifying,

already, it was what I feared.. it is all easy with the "schemes", then you collide with reality:biggrin:.

Unfortunately I don't think of anything else and with levers is there not much more to do (but is the system simply mechanical/manual or somehow servoassist? ).
You say you can't move the levers, okay, but here it's all about getting to the center the wire hook hole, it wouldn't change the encumbrance.
themes for repercussion on the drive force? if the system is manual you can not stretch (and spray) slightly the external lever?

It's that otherwise I'm just thinking about other things that are far more complicated and laborious.

but why was it originally done with this discrepancy? have they not noticed the problem in the initial project?
And tell me, how does my back end work? badly? Don't quit? breaks the mechanism to pull?

greetings
Mar

and a sports seat with the back adjustment system already existing and working with bowden cables controlled by a manual lever to which I must add the back tipping mechanism with return memory for access to the rear seats of a car 3 doors.
the problem and only the difference of running for the rest should work everything.

hi to everyone, I have a problem, I have to amplify to the race of a linear push rod clamp that is currently 26 mm and through a leverismo I have to make sure that this clamp arrives at a 39 mm race (or more), and I have little space to insert it, you can help me, thanks

use a clamp with 45mm stroke.

How? Can't make us a commercial? Okay, but how much space do you have behind? Do you have at least 40mm free for the race? is everything free?

A sketch, a photo, a drawing...

Hi, thank you, a bigger clamp I made it into consideration, but I have swallows I have to respect and this went beyond. I have little space about 40 mm wide and 115 in length, I'm trying a solution that could go but I can't send you a hole, I still haven't figured out how to do it, when I click on attach images asks me an internet address. Good day

but I can't send you a phoneto, I have not yet understood how you do, when I click on attach images asks me an internet address. Good day
attaching images is not the symbol of the chain (the only icon that asks for a web link), but that of the picture with the mountain side or the "allega file" that you find below next to "public response".

Thanks massive, I didn't notice, to me the picture with the mountain I tried to use asks me an internet address. from the pictures you see the place I have available, the black line is the plan of respect that I can not pass.
