nastran, dynamic analysis with friction

Hello everyone, to learn a little to use nastran and patran I wanted to try to perform a dynamic analysis with friction contact. The problem is a tilted plane on which I would like to roll a cylinder down. the cylinder is subject to gravity force and initially is not leaning on the plane therefore, initially (for a very short time), it is in free fall. both the plane, and the cylinder are made up of quad4 shell elements. I set in patran the contact between the bodies and then set the solution sol 600 selecting as type of friction the bilinear coulomb and a coefficient of friction between the bodies of 0.9.

Now what I get is that as soon as the cylinder touches the plane practically stops, initially though I do not remember + with what parameters (perhaps a smaller friction coeff) slipped on the plane but did not rotate. I can't get the hoped result. the problem is not important to itself but I need to better understand the parameters I have to set to solve dynamic problems with friction

thanks for the help
to the

ps: is it correct to use the sol600? Would another kind of solution be preferable or even solutor?
