navigate the three-dimensional model

Good evening,
I would like to ask you which software or if there is more than one, I must use to navigate in 3d models; for example I designed an apartment with 3d autocad and I would like to be able to enter and navigate simulating with the mouse the observer.. I remember a few years ago that I saw something like this... I don't remember the name.
