the neon project, to render it in cloud computing has finally reached an important step. from today revit files can be rendered via the internet without slowing down our daily activities.

I also heard about this problem, at the moment I did not understand much, but my model also had custom materials.

autodesk makes available on the network of its mega computers?

or is it all based on other users? in the latter case who will let their pc perform calculations for others? many might think:" the pc I need to work, I demand the maximum, until the last cycle of calculation of the processor, therefore the first thing to do will be to disable the sharing of resources. I'm not the one who needs it. "

this would make you that in cluod there would be only a few computers available to offer resources and many who ask them.

If that's the case, it wouldn't help.

@ ocram, should have been released a patch to remove this error, you should check in labs.autodesk.com in the neon project, to me it works.
@ gil, the cloud is always based on a supplier and a user; the provider offers free or paid services and provides a set of computers that make the calculation account third parties. there are no other forms of cloud.

I just sent a rendering to test the neon project. result: it did not even reset the default materials.. see the mirror. I put the rendering made by us (in 2 hours.. too many!!) and that made in the cloud.

must still grow as a "product". ..according to me will enter to regime only with versions 2013

How are you with firewalls? to me did not leave for that and I had to insert revit between exceptions
