I would like to know if it is possible to have images of mechanical pieces with ribs with a slight indication on how it is in 3d as I have strong difficulties from passing from its 2d representation to its real shape in the piece and then model it

the classic ribs find them in many pieces of cast iron or steel.
pulleys are an example. If you don't take a drawing book of superiors, seriously, you will never have examples of facts correctly.

in figure 9.1 of the examples posted by mecanicamg, known in the x-x section the asymmetry of the breeds, slightly belled: a fineness.
I, if I had come to mind, would have distributed them at 90° one on the other instead of opposing, as did those who drew that pulley; but surely I am wrong because those drawings are not questioned, there is only to learn.

the aximmetry of the axis of races is one of the issues that are discussed on niemann to improve the behaviour if the floating belt is not perfectly centered. alternating races increase radial capacity without increasing its weight and inertia.

Thanks mecanicamg . I don't want to go ot , but can you explain how the races are alternating? from the section you see the north and the south and are alternate opposites. But shouldn't that east be opposite the north? If so, it would be the same, and not alternate, to the south. There's something I don't understand, and even if I don't draw a piece from fusion, I'd like to see it anyway. Thank you and I'm sorry if I waste your time.

evidently those who made the design did two contiguous arms to the right and two contiguous arms to the left. I think it's a misrepresentation because it doesn't make much sense at least that they did it to fill the races with casting using the inclined mold to have less problems on casting.
