2. they tell you that in the first part the salary will be reduced for training
3. find that the adjustment will not be at the end of the trial period (6 months) but after 6 months from the end of the trial period or after 12 months from the beginning of the work report

I signed agreements that said there would be an adjustment, maybe after the end of the trial period, after an evaluation. so it could be that that adjustment would never come.

I don't see the problem, if you need training obviously you're not "made and finished" for the tasks you're going to do, the company spends money to train you and has no guarantees that your training goes well and makes you productive immediately.
for a company every new recruitment is a long-term investment you are never sure of the future yield of new purchases.
