new instance with parameters

Hello everyone,
I would like to create a new element for example concrete wall, with parameters both by default and with parameters that I would add. I can create it but only succeeding in inserting "classic" parameters

first, you create design parameters that apply to material. later, you return to the material window, and you use that option that you see in the lower left corner.

project parameters > add > (...write the parameter name, etc...)
apply to "materials".
manage > materials > click a material, after click in the option that is in the lower left corner. Your new material will be there.
