I received an email from ad (think it is distributed to all through newsletters), with the new provisions of the subs.
from a fast reading, two levels of subs (base and priority) have been identified, which I presume will have two different costs.
have defined cases of intervention (on the function of the sw), with relative timing.
However, assistance is affected if (and by):
- the operating system of the pc is not the one indicated (by them) in the product card;
- do not guarantee the solution of problems
- is also provided assistance through forums (? )
- the official language is English
- in the period of subs, it is possible that no updates are distributed.
It seems to me that the clauses contained in the subs, can be considered "vessatorie".
If I still had some oar left to, now I have no doubt!
