no, when I was out of service and I installed swx on a new car, instead on two, and I changed at least one hd on the laptop and I had no problem doing so:

-premium I transferred the license from the machine to format
-formatted and reinstalled xp
installed swx with the sp that was present on the cd and reactivated the license
- added to the last sp I obviously saved on the hd, because otherwise I could not have accessed the reserved area.

I add, since in these days it is a topic that may interest , that from my dealer I was provided,free of charge, also the last sp of 2007 that had gone out while I was out of service.
now will be released 2011 and at the end of the year almost certainly will not renew the assistance. I will let you know if they will provide me, as they have assured me, all the sp of 2011 that will come out and how will go with the license manager (sgratt, sgratt!)

I am still at 2009 sp.3. I remember well that the contract expired on 30-06-2009: that day I stayed until late evening with the hope to find the s 4 ready to download but.... nada!!! the upgrade sp 4 arrived on 01-07-2009 (marked in the bread task....) and did not have it installed. .
