non-display component info

hello to all
in the company for some time I have a problem with displaying information about a component or a feature

I explain better: until some time ago it was enough to go on the component press the dx button to select info and open the window with all the information instead currently (I think someone messed up with the configuration file) the window remains empty while below appears the writing that the information was saved in the file "nome.inf"

do you understand that all times I can't go repeating the text file to retrieve information while I'm working.... it's never happened to you and especially you know if there is a setting in the config.pro to restore the normal operation of the command?

in the config.pro ( instruments / options ) change the item :info_output_format with the value you prefer.
