I must have made some mess because suddenly in the layouts I can no longer manage the various viewports I created. I'll explain. if I copy a viewport inside the layout I copy only the frame of the viewport and not the content; Moreover by clicking inside the frame nothing happens while usually you should activate the model.
every layout allows me to have 2 viewports. If I create another, the content of the previous one disappears.
I noticed he does it for each layout and for each file. So I have to inadvertently modify some variables... But what?

I found!!! it had modified the variable maxactvp that controls the number of viewports openable in each layout. who knows how it was reduced to 2.
