normal drilling at a sweep surface with twist

hello to all, I write after a few years of absence that has not prevented me from reading with discrete frequency. not finding help with research (perhaps for question of terminology), I ask here my question.
Generally speaking, since we are starting a new project, how can you place a normal drilling at a surface of a solid created with the sweep command and to which a twist was also made?
The image I attach is an example.
I will need to create different surfaces similar to this, but as the drilling will be done with a tool machine I must absolutely place the holes so that their center (and axis) is perpendicular (normal) to the surface at a very precise point of that surface. I still don't know how I'm going to place that point on the surface because I haven't found any command that can even bind me, but I don't know how to create a normal axis at that point so I can do an extrusion.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Thank you so much from now on.

with nx you can make a datum axis simply by selecting a surface at a point. I think this command is available in all cad.

your suggestion, for which I thank, is exactly what I would like to do, only that on inventor 2017 I have no idea how to get there.

um... ringrazio #therapy? for the video that gave me an idea, the other answer, from the inventor's help, I knew it already but it is not applicable, ... now I am not in the office but I promise to check if what seen on youtube can be applicable in my case. but I am skeptical, because the torsion surfaces in theoretical way seem to me not have points in which it is possible to apply a tangent plan, since somewhere the plan always intersects them. of tangent can only have straight. I can tell you when I try. See you soon.
