nx error

Hello everyone, I just joined the site because with nx7.5 this error appears to me at the start: "nx requires a server id_feature in the license file".
I tried to search the net long and wide, but I can't get over it, can anyone help me?

first would be what a presentation would like in the appropriate area since you are "new enrolled"

yours is a classic issue of the license manager or even the license
Is it a new installation on a new machine?
I suggest you call siemens so they can check if your cd is aligned to the hardware .
