I'm sorry, I'm opening a parentheses.
the jt I carry, can it be seen by anyone without the need for a special program?I know, it is true that pdf also needs a program, but it is almost inherent in the basic installations of all computers.
and you don't have to ask your client to install the viewer: you're already sure it works.
It works for me.
I'll get the jt from the mail.. .
mb£ on the file.. .
I save it on the desktop...
I look at it.
I see.
If the icons are small, I will put the glasses.

He was joking. . .
It seems so obvious to me that to see a jt you want a viewer. . .
It's free
installs in 3 minutes
Jt2go
unfortunately there is not the possibility of "embeddarlo" in the jt

No problem, I understand.
I also understand the obviousness of the viewer (it was only to reorder ideas: not very much the applications born in the family in recent years)
However, it still does not understand that for many small companies it is obvious not to ask the customer to install a special viewer .
I do not justify it, but I say that it is supposed 'business policy', although from the point of view of siemens instead, it hurts more than well.

What do you propose?
that nx abandons the jt for pdf3d?

You know, having more weapons available for someone is better.
for others it is better to have the most versatile rifle available.

...that stupid comparison!
I mean that I would personally like to create pdf3d as part of the rest of the market.
but I don't care about the product. That's all.

Perhaps the trade did not insist enough:-)

the problem of pdf3d is that it cannot have, for particularly complex contexts, the same reliability of the jt (or pvz of ptc).
in creo you can export both in pdf3d and in jt (or in pvz format for ptc viewer).
when the game gets tough there is no bit, the pdf3d compared to the jt or the pvz literally pity.
In addition, with the phonetes for viewers, you have all the parameters of part (material, designer, mass property, revisions ... etc.), things that with the pdf3d you forget them.
also the files are much lighter.

It's free
installs in 3 minutes
The problem is that in companies almost never the user is admin on the machine he uses, so he has to call the manager to get installed the jt viewer.

If it's okay, spend a week.

much better the pdf3d, if you then need precision you send the step.

The jt has so many other uses that unfortunately it is irreplaceable for us.
the problem of the viewer unfortunately we cannot solve it.
