nx5: problemi con lo sketch

for a customer I have to use nx5, but I happen this problem:
When I get out of the sketch, the program gives me an error recovery and forces me out without saving.
I tried with a new file, starting from scratch, but as soon as I get out of the sketch the same thing happens.

What can I do?
Do I have to give up using sketches?
This drawback really bothers me.

It's a century that I don't use nx5, I remember it was a problem of mp.
What version is it? look under menu>help>aboutnx>sistem information and see that there is a writing with nx 5.0.x.y mpxz.
give the same version from the customer and update.

the client has nothing, the license is mine, I had done for him work in the past using nx5
Then I didn't update it anymore and now when he asks me something I have to use that.

you have the very first release of the program, just over a beta. He had a lot of problems. mp (maintenance pack or mr maintenance release) are updates that are released and found on the siemens website.

p.s. I just looked at the gtac site and there are no updates if not from 7.5
